General Terms​

These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement that sets out the rules for utilizing services provided by Lanes Untold & the Client. By using the Lanes Untold website you (the “User” and the "Client") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the https://lanesuntold.com website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement & acceptance of the Agreement & its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended. Please also note, you must be 18 years of age or older to use our services, or obtain permission and consent from a legal guardian if under the age of 18.

Payment Agent

Lanes Untold is authorized to deduct its fees and charges from payments due by Client to Lanes Untold. 

 

Payment Terms and Fees; Payment Processing

Any deposits or fees that Lanes Untold may charge the Client for services are due immediately in accordance with the terms discussed and agreed upon by Lanes Untold and the Client and are non-refundable. This no refund policy shall apply at all times unless an arrangement is made in writing between Lanes Untold and the Client. Lanes Untold reserves the right to determine and change any payment term, rate, mechanism, third-party Service Provider, or structure at any time. We encourage the Client to check our website for the latest updates to payment terms. Lanes Untold may use third party services to process payments. Lanes Untold will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all payment information such as credit cards or bank account numbers, Lanes Untold expressly disclaims any liability for any damage that may result should any third parties gain access to such information, and the Client agrees to hold Lanes Untold harmless for any damages that may result therefrom.

Confidentiality

While providing services to the Client, Lanes Untold and the Client may discuss topics that are considered sensitive in nature. Lanes Untold will always maintain confidentiality regarding the Client wishes and only post material that's agreed upon by Lanes Untold and the Client.
