General Terms​

These Terms of Use govern your use of Lanes Untold services. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of our terms of use and creates a binding legal agreement, so please read them carefully. Please also note, you must be 18 years of age or older to use our services, or obtain permission and consent from a legal guardian if under the age of 18.

Permission to Record and Use

The Podcast Guest hereby grants permission to the Lanes Untold Podcast Host to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the Episode, in any media now known or hereafter devised, for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. The Podcast Guest acknowledges that the Episode may include their name, voice, image, likeness, biographical information, and any other information provided by the Podcast Guest.

Rights and Ownership

The Podcast Guest acknowledges that the Lanes Untold Podcast Host shall own all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the Episode and any materials created in connection with the Episode. The Podcast Guest agrees not to claim any ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the Episode or any related materials.

Confidentiality

The Podcast Guest agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the recording of the Episode or in connection with the Podcast Host's operations, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Podcast Guest acknowledges that the Podcast Host cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of information transmitted during the recording or distribution of the Episode.

Release And Indemnification

The Podcast Guest hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Podcast Host, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, costs, expenses, and damages, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the recording, distribution, or use of the Episode. The Podcast Guest agrees to indemnify and defend the Podcast Host against any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the Episode, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Representations And Warranties

The Podcast Guest represents and warrants that they have the legal right to grant the permissions and rights granted herein. The Podcast Guest represents and warrants that their participation in the Episode does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Governing Law 

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the corresponding jurisdiction where the Podcast is operated. These Terms constitutes the entire understanding between the Podcast Guest and the Podcast Host with respect to the Episode and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.​
